As is so often the case with these small hotels/B&Bs, they are hard to find and I find that directions could be better explained on the Booked.net site. However, once there, we were welcomed with open arms and found everything we wanted available - including free parking facilities (very importantifor a self-guided tour) and an excellent breakfast included. Convenient, of course, for the short drive up to Siena City itself p- where the parkking problems really begin. The Hotwel itself is too far away to walk to the centre.

Spacious room, plenty of parking space for car. WiFi availaible in the rooms! Nice breakfast and really friendly ladies runinng this B&B.
Could be a little bit closer to centre of Siena, however taking a bus connecting with centre of town was not a big deal.

The fact that it was located in such a way that the facilities of the city were close by, but still provided beautiful countryside views. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Charming old building in a lovely tuscan countryside. Staff is very welcoming, you feel at home from first minute. Quiet location, beautiful view on surrounding hills. Getting from train station took 5 min and 7.50 eur. Siena can be reached by bus or walking (about 40 min slow pace). The weather was nice, so we walked both ways and it was highly enjoyable. Hostess gave excellent advice for restaurant.
Nothing to dislike about the place if you don't mind staying out of town.

Very nice and new house with friendly and helpful staff. We liked it very much!
It is a bit far from the town center, but as the town is not big - it isn't a huge problem

The scenery and the staff. Both were outstanding.
The only let-down was the restaurant reccomendation. A good restaurant to try is il jollys pizzeria located on the corner of the main road and the road you will find Gli Archi on. Absolutely amazing food and service.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner. The hotel was lovely and quiet with fantastic views of the countryside from the raised patio. Very good buffet breakfast.
Tricky to find. The sat nav took us half a mile up the road.

The owners, two sisters, were wonderful and extremely helpful. They picked us up at the train station, gave us a quick tour of the neighborhood, and had clear directions on how to take the bus in and out of Siena. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a nice sized bathroom. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
The breakfast, while included, was not the best and the check out time was a little early at 10:00, but the hotel allows you to leave your luggage with them.
